Are you ready for a ghost story? I was so grateful to attend a virtual screening of the latest show on Disney Channel, Secrets Of Sulphur Springs. This is Disney Channel’s first foray into the youth mystery genre and even I found it to be full of suspense!

The show follows 12-year-old Griffin (Preston Oliver) whose family moves from Chicago to a small town in Louisiana to restore an abandoned hotel, The Tremont. The hotel is rumored to be haunted by a young girl named Savannah (Elle Graham) who disappeared decades ago. Griffin and his classmate Harper (Kyliegh Curran) discover a secret (dare I say, magical) portal that allows them to go back in time where they begin to discover clues surrounding the town’s dark secret.

This week’s episode “Parsely, Sage, Rosemary and Time” premieres Friday, January 29 and you will want to make sure you are caught up on the series thus far before you watch! This time-traveling whodunnit takes a few twists and turns and you will want to be in the know.  The anniversary of the disappearance of Savannah is coming up. Griffin and Harper feel a sense of urgency to help solve the case and free Savannah’s spirit. The kids have their own family histories to unpack, suspecting the worst from their own parents.

Filled with comedy and suspense, Secrets Of Sulphur Springs is a show the whole family will enjoy because its writing is that good! Each episode is an adventure and leaves off on a cliffhanger and leaves you wanting more. I am excited to see what happens next!  Big thank you to Kristin Cruz and Disney Channel for inviting me to this home screening event.  And shoutout to Dots Cafe for the amazing cupcake care package!

Look for new episodes of Secrets of Sulphur Springs Fridays at 8pm ET/PT only on Disney Channel.
